The Porcupine Mountains

I have been saving these photos for a day when I really felt like they could shine, and today is that day. The Porcupine Mountains was one of our destinations on my birthday trip to the Upper Peninsula. I had no idea what to expect when I heard that we were going ot see mountains as I have never seen mountains before. I have to say that it was the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my entire life. There was so much fog (or clouds) blowing around. The breeze was cool and strong and it made me feel so alive. So strange to see the trees below…they looked like broccoli lol. I took about a hundred photos up there and I hope they captured the beauty and serenity of those unforgettable moments of my life.

Fantastic job:) You really captured it well! It has a very moody feel. Unbelievably great!
